User Review: The stuff that they sell as "returns", if you read the small print, is warranty returns= virtually all damaged/non-working goods. It really is SALVAGE. Buyer beware! I contacted them 5 times, telling them to send it to the correct address. They still didn't change it, and I had to offload the pallets by hand. Prior to the delivery, they put a gatelift fee on the bill. They told me that it was "standard" and that they would remove the charge afterwards. I am still waiting after 2 contacts. After discarding 90% of the pallet, only 5% could be resold commercially. It was no deal, considering all the time, and shipping, then trash disposal, that went into this purchase.

User Review: I agree with Carl. I bought about 6 lots of "RETURN" items, from video games to jewelry.. thinking that there would be merchandise included that people simply didn't want or need or changed their mind and returned them to the store. WRONG! Returns are broken, salvage items. They also have a "salvage" area on the site you can buy from. I have asked them what the difference is and they just say returns are "as is"... I assume broken, unuseable and unsellable. Not to mention the bad feedback you will get on ebay when you sell products like this. I don't know anything about video game units, I sold lots of DS lites, Most were missing chargers and stylus, so I had to buy chargers and stylus from ebay so I could sell complete items. I did charge them and power them up but when folks got them they said that the unit would shut off in 5-10 minutes. I was laid off from job so saw this as a way to make some fast money, I didn't go slow, I bought more than $7,000 worth of items from Liquidation.com (about 6 different lots of items)... within a 2 week period. For example, $2,300 spent on 6 PS3 units and 4 guitar heros. 2 of the PS3's worked and 1 guitar hero worked, so ultimately I spent $2300 on 2 ps3's... some bargain! Spent $900 on 15 or so digital cameras and camcorders. EVERY ONE had a broken screen! I tried to file disputes, but didn't read the fine print, you have 2-3 days from receipt of items to file or you are out of luck. I didn't open all the boxes for more than 2-3 days.... I also fell for one of the "sealed" bids, 6 pieces of jewelry, diamonds, they said... and it said they would come with a certificate of authenticity. I bid over $800 for this, won and the jewelry arrived in zip lock baggies! OK, fine jewelry comes in a box, right? And there were no certificates of authenticity, only little tags on each ring saying what material the rings are made of. I must spend money now to have these appraised because they are probably not even real. I could go on and on about the broken ds lites, the broken PSP's, ohhhh, and all the video games that are scratched up and won't play! I have 40 games that I have to trash. It's simply ridiculous to put things such as this in "returns" and not "salvage"... I did have ONE good experience, I bought a lot of NEW overstocked clothing. They were fine but when you get 30 of the same shirt, they are a bit hard to sell... but at least there isn't anything wrong with them. I have also lost thousands dealing with suppliers in China, so thought if I dealt with a USA company I'd be ok.. I wish I knew where people buy wholesale items to sell on ebay to make a profit.. :(

User Review: Agreed. All they are selling are salvage items. If you are lucky you will get one or two working or complete items. I bought a pallet of plasma stands and was able to complete two functional out of the 12 included. It seems they package one token good item amid all the crap that you have to dispose of after paying shipping. Truely buyer beware.

User Review: Beware! Liquidation.com is very tricky. Will sell you broken merchandise as ‘returns’ even though according to their own classification it should be listed as ‘salvage’. When I filed dispute based on what I just described I was told by their customer service that item can be fixed (at my expense, of cause) and after I argued that they just closed my account without any warnings. When I joined Liquidation.com as a buyer they offered 3 (three) days for inspection after item is delivered to you. Now it’s 2 (two) days (compare to eBay’s 21 (twenty one) days. There is no way to provide a feedback to seller or contact a seller. One more thing. They have ‘BBB’ stamp on their front page but Better Business Bureau has no record of Liquidation.com.

User Review: I have been buying from Liquidation.com for several months and have the exact problems that the other blogger have. I'm in dispute now over a shipment, and they find every opportunity to drag their feet. And when you want to talk to a manager, they are never available. Liquidation.com is a major scam and they find every opportunity to rip off the buyers. I even received some counterfeit video cards and they continue to protect their seller, I guess I will have to finally give my source to BFG as they had requested when I first discovered the problem but I told BFG that I wanted to contact the place where I bought them first. The manager at BFG was really upset about the prospect of a group of counterfeit cards with their logo on them. Buyer Beware with Liquidation.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

User Review: Not a very good place to buy stuff. Yes, you get a lot of stuff...In my case, I had to dispute that I only got 75% of stuff. I had to complain about that, I then had my account closed for that. The stuff is shown as MSRP, even damaged, used or salvage stuff, so you better be an expert in what you're buying. Maybe get a couple things in the box that you want, along with a bunch of garbage that wont sell ANYWHERE for the price that they list

About TheWebReviewer Reviews...

I originally started TheWebReviewer back in the middle of 2006. This was at a time when I was exploring all of the different options of making money online and trying to understand the online tools that could save me time and money while growing my online presence. I have tried a lot of them, too. It was only natural for me to take my experiences (successes and failures) and turn them into TheWebReviewer.

Now understand, like most review websites online, there is both an inherent bias and monetization factor involved with providing an opinion. For many of the products on this website, I will be compensated as a referrer for this product. The effort and longetivity of this site and the services it provides has been largely due to this sponsership.

For years, I have tried my hardest to make my reviews as detailed and "real" using my own experiences (many captured in video or screenshots). I do work with many of these companies to help provide my visitors with added discounts, bonuses, coupons and more for purchasing their products.

I also include a User Review section, place for any visitor to write their own experiences with the product or company. These reviews are moderated, but I will generally accept any comment, good or bad, as long as it is thought out, not spam, and not hateful.

Many of the reviews on TheWebReviewer are usually positive. I do this for two reasons: 1) I do like to share the tools that I use the most and the ones that I can provide the most thorough evaluation. 2) I have posted negative reviews in the past, which have resulted in malicious attacks or formal (frivolous) lawsuits. I am a one-man show here and frankly do not have the resources to fight these attacks. Therefore, I usually stick with the products that I currently use, have used in the past, or feel can help other people online. For negative user reviews, I usually contact the companies for their rebuttal. It is their discretion whether they wish to address it or not on my website.

Your support, your membership (which is always free here at TheWebReviewer) and your trust is what has made TheWebReviewer so strong over the years. I always welcome your comments and suggestions at Tru-Support.com (my help desk). Thanks again for your patronage!

cheers...matt bredel
