Detailed Traffic Geyser Review

I was skeptical for a LONG time about using Traffic Geyser.  The concept was right, but I was trying to convince myself that paying $97/month would be worth it (There are other, lower packages available...see below...but I choose this one!).

For most of last year (at the beginning of my video marketing efforts), I focused my video distribution efforts on free tools such as TubeMogul for the distribution and SocialMarker for a semi-automatic way to bookmark my videos.  I really did not know what I was doing, but I was following my own instincts (and knowledge of both SEO and social marketing to achieve my goals and linking processes).

Both of those worked, too.  I would get some search engine love at times and the amount of effort was not too bad (about 1 hour of work for the process).

When the $1 for the first seven days trial began for Traffic Geyser (which is still going on), I thought it would be a good time to give it a shot.

Now before I continue, I want to explain a little bit about what Traffic Geyser does...it is essentially an all-in-one video syndication tool. 

1) It optimizes your video and textual content (for optimal SEO, reach and call-to-action)

2) It syndicates your videos to about 3 dozen video sites (that is about 3 times the number that Tube Mogal sends to).  It also pre-verifies each video on whether each site will accept it or not.

3) It also syndicates to Podcast sites, blogs, and creates RSS Feeds of your videos.

4)  Finally, it social bookmarks the videos appropriate to target a specific landing page. 

Again, I did a lot of this myself, but Traffic Geyser does it at a larger and "smarter" scale...keep reading.

So when I first joined, I went through the cumbersome tasks of creating accounts at the video sites, bookmarking sites, and podcasting sites which I currently do not belong to.  Took about an hour and a half (*Note, they have server that will do that for you, manually, for about $97...worth the money, if you have it!).

Once that was done, I was ready for my first video.  Now the process here was similar to TubeMogal, but much smarter.  Each entry provides instructions and limitations on what to write, how to write it, and how much to write to fully optimize your video distribution.  See sample below:

Then you choose WHERE you want to syndicate to (and whether or not your file or entry is valid...the red values, below, show a problem):

The next page allows you to choose the specific category for each video site / podcast site you are syndicating to.  (This is important!  Being mis-catagorized can result in low traffic, bad SEO and possible removal from the site!).

That is it.  It is time to syndicate.  But here, we also have the option to save our entire "project" as a template.  This way, you don't have to go through all of the catagory selection the next time you send out a similar video.

But templates (and profiles) go beyond that.  (Again, these strategies I did not know!)  Have you ever thought about resubmitting the SAME videos?  I didn't, until I read through their library.

The traffic geyser library covers topics on almost everything there is to do about video marketing.  Plus, they have these outstanding tools such as the:

• Slideshow creator (which allows you to create a slideshow from an audio that you have recorded...they even provide a phone number that you can call and have audio recorded for you!)
• Landing Page creator (it is more of a squeeze page creator, but the themes look nice, very professional and can be created with a few clicks of a button.

Yes, I am excited about this product and I chose to keep it. 

In fact, the results on SEO and traffic have been nothing less than spectacular in some cases.  In the below image, I show my search engine rankings for the term "Arbitrage Conspiracy Review" 3 days BEFORE launch.  Here, I took 4 of the top 10 spots (with the #2 spot being my "targeted" landing page in Traffic Geyser!). 

Now I understand that there have been technical issues in the past during Traffic Geyser's development (which may have scared off some past users), but Mike Koenig and the team over at Traffic Geyser have seemed to fix it and the result is nothing more than a MUST-HAVE for those who are doing any type of video marketing online (which should be all of you)...

...and if you were to invest in just one video marketing product, this one is perhaps the most complete (versus all of the other products that I currently review):  Includes all the tools and education to create, distribute and market videos online (and generate some good cash while you are at it!)
