Detailed SENuke Review

First, I want to state that I first started doing SEO back in early 2006 and frankly, it is one of the major reasons for many of my successes online.  Getting free, organic traffic from the search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing are like gold!  Lots of traffic...lots of quality traffic (if you get the high rankings!).

Because of it, I have focused a lot of my time over the years optimizing the SEO of my website.  On-Page SEO is important, but without Off-Page SEO (i.e. getting others to link back to your website), it is virtually worthless.

My point is that SEO is important to me, yet it has been a struggle, too.  To do SEO right, there are plenty of tasks to do such as writing articles, submitting links to websites, and link management.  I did it manually for years with great results (but with great effort and expense, too). 

Our goal as an SEO specialist: Get the most quality, unique links pointing back to our website as we can without ruining the integrity of our efforts (i.e., doing something deceptive that will cause your website to be Google Sandboxed or even banned for the search engines).

Let me introduce SENuke. 

I actually heard about SENuke from a friend who is a master at the "dark arts" (i.e. black hat SEO).  I keep things pretty much on the straight and narrow, but I was interested into understanding how it worked. 

If you go to SENuke, they offer a 7-day trial of their product.  Fair enough.

The sign up went fine.  Their portal wasn't bad - it included some good SEO resources, a fairly active forum and a bunch of instructional videos on using the tool.

Yes, the tool needs to be downloaded onto your computer and it is run on your desktop (i.e., it is not browser-based - this is kind of important because of the way it works...keep reading).

Installing the software only took a couple of minutes and your login will open up the program. 

At this point, I was lost. 

I have to admit that my biggest initial concern about SENuke was its complexity (or at least, my lack of understanding).  This is not the kind of tool that you can just play around with to understand.  You have to watch the videos...which I did and it solved my questions rather quickly.

Let me now explain what it does...

It is essentially a content submitter, to the extreme.  When you write an article for SEO, for example, you would then typically submit it to an article directory.  Here, you would put a link in the article or resource box that would link back to you website and ultimately create a backlink (which means popularity and ultimately, SEO). 

SENuke is content submission on Crack.  (I use the word "content" here because it also does this for videos, too.  I'll comment on that later). 

With SENuke, instead of just submitting to a handful of article websites, it can submit it to hundreds of sites.  And this is more than just an article submitter. 

First, it has a feature that will initially create the article accounts.  This is huge! If you have ever done article submitting in the past, one of the biggest pains is initially creating the account. 

After the accounts are created, you add your article/content.  SENuke is fully capable of article spinning using a standard brace/pipe format (if you don't know what that means, you will!).  This allows you to generate numerous, unique articles from one seed article. 

This functionality is again no different than an article submitter.  Now the submission becomes more extreme...

After you submit the articles, SENuke stores and manages the newly created article link in a URL Manager database.  With this database, the SENuke tool can do a few things:

1. Using its built-in Social Bookmarking Nuke, it can now bookmark all of these articles (uniformly or randomly)
2. Using its built-in RSS Nuke, it can aggregate the RSS channels of these posts
3. You can now use these article to link to from new article submissions (this strengthens the articles, ultimately strengthening the backlinks directly to your money site).

Essentially, it is taking old article submission SEO and integrating Web 2.0 and social networking into it.  And speaking of social media, I did mention earlier that they have a Video Nuke portion to their software, too.

It works the same way as the article submitter...it will first submit to a handful of popular video websites (including places like YouTube).  Then, it will store those links for later bookmarking and RSS aggregation.   Plus, these links can now be used within the article submissions, too. 

Now a couple of notes...

• One reason for having a desktop application is that it actually opens up your Internet Explorer browser and will actually "physically" go to the websites you are submitting to.  It acts as if a real person is entering in the data.  There is even a built-in CAPTCHA code function (requires additional fee from third party...but it is dirt-cheap) that will manually enter in CAPTCHA codes when they appear.  So the processing is done automatically (in batch), but it is physically taking place before you eyes. 
• I considered using Video Nuke as a replacement to Traffic Geyser, but I ran into the problem of browser compatibility.  My current browser was too new.  Kind of a bummer, too.  I think if they can get that running, I would use it more. 

* Word of Caution *

Is this Black Hat SEO?  Well, it damn-well could be!  A tool like this can be used to do some mighty evil SEO things online.  Just its ability to create new accounts is frightening.  And remember, using SENuke to do things like this can get you banned in the major search engines if used too aggressively. 

Still, it does provide a streamlined way of doing SEO.  Remember that the search engines like consistency when it comes to link building.  SE'Nuking each site of yours per week is good practice and you probably will reap some incredible SEO rewards from it.  Doing it 3 times per day will probably get you ranked in a few days, but banned in a few weeks. 

Whatever it is worth, I find that SENuke provides quite a complete package for SEO.  They offer two packages:

This only includes the Niche Research tool (doesn't do much for me) and the Article Submitter (no bookmarking, etc.).  At this rate, it is really just another Article submitting tool (not a bad one, but won't pack a punch).

SENuke Pro: $127/month

This includes everything (the Social Marketing Nuke, RSS Nuke, and Video Nuke).  If you are going to do it, I recommend that Pro package.  I know, $127 seems like a lot but is well worth it for the backlinks and rankings.
